e-PROCUREMENT (OneSource)

Dear Partner,

Magyar Telekom Plc. earlier implemented a web based application called Enterprise Sourcing Cockpit (also known as eRFX) to enhance the procurement procedures. We are kindly informing you that effective from 1st. of July 2012 this tool is replaced by new one called OneSource.

The new system also has the capability to support the online auctions including bidding procedures (RFI, RFP, RFQ).

The new tool can be accessed at:

Should you wish to participate in such procedures in One Source system the following preconditions to be fulfilled:

1. Log in (as Vendor) at Procurement Directorate’s web site (http://beszerzes.telekom.hu/beszerzes/portal_en)

• Not registered vendors: first please register as Vendor on the above web site and then complete the OneSource Authorization form by clicking on OneSource Authorization in the menu bar (you can log in by using your previously submitted e-mail address and password on our web site).
• Registered vendors: please complete the OneSource Authorization form by clicking on OneSource Authorization in the menu bar (you can log in by using your previously submitted e-mail address and a valid password on our web site).

2. Complete the pre-qualification questionnaire: go to Vendors/Vendor Qualifications/Pre-qualification (you can log in by using your previously submitted e-mail address and a valid password on our web site).

3. Supplier (participant) registration in the One Source system (this will be initiated by Procurement representative)

After registration e-mail message will be sent with user name and initial password.
