MAGYAR TELEKOM GROUP GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PROCUREMENT

Present Simplified Contractual Conditions apply to Contracts concluded between any member company of the Magyar Telekom Group indicated on the Purchase Order (hereinafter referred to as Customer) and Supplier/Contractor for the purchase of products and/or services. Furthermore, the Purchase Order placed by the Magyar Telekom Group, the technical specification that covers the item(s) to be supplied, and the offer preliminary provided by the Supplier/ Contractor and accepted by the Customer are also parts of the Contract. Supplier/ Contractor shall be entitled and obliged respectively to perform exclusively on the basis of the Purchase Order.
