If the delivered goods for Magyar Telekom contain hazardous materials, components, Supplier is obliged to provide „Security Data Sheet” as defined by the regulation of European Parliament and Council No. 1907/2006/EC (Registration, Evaluation and Authorisation of Chemicals, „REACH”).
