VENDOR REGISTRATION

The vendor registration is controlled registration which ensures for existing and potential Magyar Telekom Plc. vendors the availability of all portal services including safe access to Vendor Qualification System and of electronic procurement solutions (RFX) later on.

Controlled registration consists of the following steps:

• Filling and saving accurate and full data.
• Submitted data are checked by Procurement Directorate based on available information. Adjustments with vendor if needed.
• Checked data are recorded in SAP ERP system.
• Initial user name and password, which can be later modified, are provided to the vendor in a formal letter.
• After registered enter Vendor Qualification System services are available.
