DATA SECURITY REQUIREMENTS

Magyar Telekom Plc. considers the privacy of personal data of both employees and customers very important. In case, in course of the cooperation, the Partner accesses such personal data, we shall incorporate the following series of measures in the contract under which the Partner shall become Magyar Telekom Plc's data processor, as defined by Act CXII/2011 on the Right of Informational Self-Determination and on Freedom of Information. Magyar Telekom Plc. thus will be entitled to prescribe and supervise the technical and organizational measures necessary for a high level protection and security of the personal data to be processed.
