Supplier CODE OF CONDUCT

The Deutsche Telekom Group (including the Magyar Telekom Group) has published its new Supplier Code of Conduct (the �Code�) on principles and rules for suppliers, which can be found under Related Materials.

The content of the Supplier Code of Conduct contains the defining requirements of our supplier cooperation, in particular: national and international legislation, human rights and fair employer practices, environmental operations, prohibited business practices, compliance monitoring and corrective actions.

The Supplier Code of Conduct provides guidelines for our Suppliers on the framework of our relationship, so we ask so we ask our newly registered Suppliers that they familiarize themselves with it and accept the document on the Supplier Registration interface as the next step. The acceptance of the Supplier Code of Conduct is a fundamental criterion for our relations, and we expect that our actual cooperation is based on this Code.

Magyar Telekom Group's previous Code of Conduct for Suppliers, which was in force before the publication of the new Code of Conduct for Deutsche Telekom Group referred to above, is also available under Related materials. In the near future, we will contact our already registered Suppliers to accept the new Code as part of a contract amendment.
